The cervical lymph node location remains the most frequent extra-pulmonary tuberculosis location. The aim of this study was to evaluate the therapeutic results of patients treated with the combined form of antituberculosis drugs. This was a retrospective study of 50 patients with tuberculosis treated with the combined form of anti-tuberculosis drugs. The total duration of medical treatment varied from 6 to 18 months with a good compliance rate of 80%. Digestive disorders were the most reported adverse events. Elsewhere, visual disorders such as dyschromatopsia and retrobullary optic neuropathy, hepatic cytolysis and cholestasis were reported. Allergic manifestations were noted in one case. Three patients presented a paradoxical reaction. In total, a switch to the dissociated form was recommended in four cases. The treatment failure rate was 13% with surgical management in 8 cases, including 2 cases of recurrence. After cure, two patients presented a recurrence.
