Recasted: Giving chaos a different form, making it useful with a play on words

People are often unable to identify the situations in their life for which they need help due to denial or lack of information. These poems will take you through the journey that the healing process can be. Starting from the moment emotional damage occurs to the denial of strong negative emotions, trauma, depression, generalized anxiety, attachment to destructive thought patterns, behaviors, habits and / or toxic relationships that most victims of abuse often go through. Finally, accepting these things that negatively affect the quality of life, seeking help and staying on a healing path towards recovery. These poems tell personal stories lived by the author herself or events lived by people she has met in group therapy settings, she has taken these stories to transform them into beautiful poems full of symbolism expressing in words the raw and unfiltered experience that is life.
