The Real Meaning of Weight Loss Surgery comes from my desire to share my own story of obesity, struggle and how I was able to use weight loss surgery as well as a variety of other tools to heal from the inside out and create the body, mind and life I've always yearned for. In this book I share my raw truth of how one early childhood experience created an emptiness inside of me that food could never fill. I describe the turning point that brought me to weight loss surgery and my experience undergoing vertical sleeve gastrectomy and how my life changed as a result. The how to guide will give the reader everything they want to know as well as the details of things they didn't even know to ask.
