Real Leadership Student's Workbook

This Leadership Workshop is about becoming Educated to Lead; Empowered to be a Leader, and Equipped for Leadership Ministers in Training are Shifters (MITS) are always on assignment, alert for any situation, and in the right area to serve as a leader. Leadership failures and lack of integrity will affect the pews movement. PEWs are Perfected, Edified and Working Saints fulfilling the appointments of the Lord. A catastrophic leader will cause a reproach on the body of Christ and the local church. Therefore, as a leader, we must have these characteristics and ethical qualities for leadership - Accountability, Confidentiality, Quality, Reliability, Sensibility, Spirituality, and Integrity. There is a sifting that is taking place and YOU as a leader are shifted. You will change atmospheres and will help to equip, build, and mature people based on Ephesians 4:11-13 causing them to "go", "grow" and "glow" in their walk with the Lord. This workshop will awaken the miracle within that will cause you to move forward to lead, be more effective, and become empowered, and excellent in your position called leadership.
