Radiography

Radiography uses X-rays to view a non-uniformly composed material such as the human body and displays areas of different density and composition. In this book, the authors present current research in the study of the methods, theory and applications of radiography. Topics discussed include super-resolution variable-dose digital radiography; digital tomosynthesis; plasma-filled rod-pinch diodes as high-resolution X-ray sources; radiography in dental practice; and cytogenetic biomonitoring in oral mucosa cells of individuals submitted to dental X-ray.
