Quasi-absolute freedom of testament

This book analyzes the Institute of legitimate succession in Argentina, its nature and evolution, the reasons for its implementation, making a comparison with the legal system of the countries of Mexico and Costa Rica, which receive a quasi-absolute freedom of testament, only subject to a duty of assistance and solidarity, its impact on the constitutional law of Argentine property, demonstrating an inclination on the part of the doctrine towards a greater freedom of testament, which is still restricted.
