Pushing Back

Left on his own after his family disintegrates, an Appalachian teen stumbles toward adulthood with the odds stacked against him and no real assets. Boone tries to do the right thing, but his anger and insecurity get in the way. He keeps at it, though, learns who he can count on and who he can't, and finds help in the most unexpected places.
