Pursuit of Success in a Foreign Land

A special thank you to my Mentor- Dan Lok for motivating me to write this book. This book is a story of Tom Pham, an international student studying in Toronto, Canada. When he left his home country- Vietnam to go study abroad, he spoke no word of English. Tom was even struggling to get out of the airport when he and his twin brother (Jerry) first arrived Toronto. Therefore, it was not a pleasant experience for Tom to make new friends, adapt to a new environment in a new land, and enjoy his life without his family. After 6 years living abroad, Tom aims to inspire other people by sharing his struggles with them and giving them hope that life will surely be brighter tomorrow than it is today.
