Fall down of absolute monarchy is the result of born of nations. Empires, kingdoms, feudal lords, dependent religious and ontological figures could not provide the security and circulation of communities and money. Increasing mobility mobility, transfer and tranport of people and goods necessitated stability, standardization and regular order. These are the basics and background of public. Republic is giving back the basics to the public. Public is about rights, laws, justice and honour. Globalization trend affected to important, simple and complicated parameters.
