Proteomics and Nanocrystallography

This text outlines the basic principles and instrumentations defining the new emerging field of nanocrystallography at the frontiers of nanotechnology and proteomics, leading to a transition from art to science and technology in protein crystallography. Dedicated thin biofilm technology, synchrotron radiation and atomic force microscopy along with traditional methods of classical crystallography and of recombinant DNA are described in details.
