Proposals on the Concept of Quality Higher Education

This work on the definition of the concept of "Quality Higher Education" stems from an essay conducted in the module in the formation of doctor in "Regency and Educational Policy" at the University of Baja California Norte, Campus Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico.This concept was the subject of study by several expert authors in higher education according to reference sources in the integration of these multidisciplinary works.
