Project management methodology

This course manuscript is an introduction to project management, which is an approach aimed at organizing the smooth running of a project from start to finish. It is intended for students in the second cycle of Science and Technology. Indeed, the approaches of the project management are based on the division of a project in controllable subsets which is essential to the conduct of the project and thus to its good outcome and its success.
