Project management in the field of the environment

The overall objective of this book is to assess strategies for mobilising financial resources for the implementation of New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) environmental projects. The specific objectives are to: 1: 1. to identify the different existing potential sources of financing; 2. to see the adaptation or adaptability of these mechanisms to the targeted projects; 3. to propose institutional arrangements for the management of these projects, bearing in mind the possibilities and limitations of Sinepad/Env; 4. to identify ways of improving the quality of the financing of environmental projects. Finally, to identify ways of exploring other innovative sources of financing.
