Production and Exchange of Bifacial Flaked Stone Artifacts during the Portuguese Chalcolithic

This book deals with the question of the emergence of hierarchies and increasingly ranked socities in Late Neolithic and Chalcolithic Portugal. This is done through studying the production, distribution and consumption of a single artifact type - Bifacial lithics.
