A pack of 12 wallcharts for use in upper primary schools, each one concentrating on a particular aspect of mathematics with all major topics in primary syllabuses in Africa covered. The material is presented in different forms - as information (formulae and methods of calculation), as starting points for discussion (investigating discounts) and as questions (to calculate an answer from a given formula in a practical situation). The pack includes a teacher's guide to support the charts. It offers suggestions on using the charts and ideas for further activities.
