Pre-Nicene: 1 Samuel

The Book of Samuel in the Bible was originally one scroll about a boy named Samuel. God raised him up as a prophet, priest, and judge. He was committed to doing what was right in God's eyes. This book uses all of the books of Samuel, Kings, and Chronicles as one Word to ask questions and sift through scripture to look for great treasure. If I seek wisdom as silver and search for her as for hidden treasures; then I will discern the fear of Jehovah and discover the knowledge of God. Proverbs 2:4, 5.
