Prayers Upon The Chosen Prophet Muhammad

God Almighty, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful, has commanded His servants in His Noble Book to send prayers and peace upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad, the best of all creatures, and the Messenger of God, may God's peace and blessings be upon him. God says, Truly God confers blessings upon the Prophet, and His angels (ask Him to do so). O you who believe, ask (God to confer] blessings upon him and ask (God to grant him) peace. Q 33:56]
God, Glory be to Him, gives His blessings first, then His honourable angels, peace be upon them, do so. Then He commands the believers to pray for him and send peace upon him who is the best of all creation. By doing this, believers will gain the company of the Messenger, peace be upon him, in the Hereafter.
Abdullah bin Masoud narrated that the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, "The people who are most worthy of me on the Day of Resurrection will be the ones who pray the most for me."
Due to the great merit of praying upon the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, righteous believers send their prayers upon him. The daily prayers that Muslims offer are accepted when they end with a prayer upon the Prophet and his honourable family.
The prayers contained in this book include the Abrahamiyya prayer that Muslims repeat during the day and night, then the prayer of Abd as-Salam Ibn Mishish, then the al-Fatih prayer of Sheikh Ahmed al-Tijani, and then the most well-known prayer among Muslims - the 'Dala'il al-Khayrat' (The Guide to Righteousness) in remembrance of the Chosen Prophet, written by Sheikh Muhammad bin Suleiman Al-Jazuli.
We hope that God will facilitate the reader in using this book to repeat these blessed prayers. May God benefit us in this world and the Hereafter through them. Praise be to God, Who has guided us to this. And Praise be to God, the Lord of all the Worlds.
