Life on Caper Street has been quiet since the Cruelly Pranksters disappeared after their defeat at the hands of prank-busting agents Hannah and Jake Vann-Wong. But when an ice-cream van at Hannah's birthday party serves weird flavors, and things go wrong at the swimming carnival, it's clear--the Cruelly kids are back. And they've seriously levelled up.
