Portraits of Australian Frogs

Global warming is said to be one of the factors impacting on the long term survival of frog species around the world and this book is an overview of 211 species and 2 sub-species of Australian Frogs with each of these 213 species illustrated by a Watercolour painting. Each painting is accompanied by a description of the species with details of the habitat where it is found and a distribution map along with the name of the person who first described the species in scientific literature. A comprehensive Bibliography is also included listing thousands of individual books and papers that have been published on Australian frogs.
