Polygamy before European courts

The system of polygamy is an existing system, and has been present in Islamic law, for centuries. However, it is restricted and specified within conditions. Since the Islamic world now constitutes 25% of the world, in terms of population, and the fact that Muslims are spread throughout the planet, we will find many cases of polygamy in countries that do not adhere to Islamic law, and we will even find that they consider it a violation of their public order, and based on this Basically, in my book, I discussed everything that a Muslim individual who lives in Europe goes through, whether he holds the nationality of the country in which he lives, or is a resident. In my study, I focused on the rulings of European courts in which such cases were brought, which were in six countries: France, England, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Belgium.
