Poets Wear Boots: 1990 - 2020

What you have here is a lovely collection of poetry by Lou Sceelo.
It's a small book filled with big poems about love, longing, and loss. The book is beautifully illustrated by the author's own son, Theo, whose art is every bit as expressive as the lyrical content within.

These works began as lyrics written for a post-punk rock band called The Vivians. The band is long defunct, but rumors persist that recordings of these songs still exist somewhere.

However you choose to experience them, they stand tall as poetry on their own literary merit.
