Poems of East Melbourne

The COVID-19 lockdown gave Le-Hoa an opportunity to slowdown, to explore the suburb's rich history, its magnificent homesand mansions, its churches, its flora and wildlife and, of course, itsgardens. More than that it gave her the opportunity to learnabout the lives of the early settlers as they forged new lives in anew world. Le-Hoa has done this by researching, noticing, questioning,wondering. Her thoughts are encapsulated in the poems she haswritten on her walks in her beloved East Melbourne.
