Perch

Perch is one of the many books in the loose collection of short poetry anthologies I have - where the poems are mostly unedited written word. They are made for light and accessible reading. Perch particularly is about travel (inspired by some of the experiences and thoughts I had whilst on a little trip I took. It explores the feelings of travel, from the ridiculous expense of airport food, to the emotional turmoil of being away from people and having time to think.
