The providence of God brought everyone together for the creation of this book, including the doctors, nurses, and living organ donor coordinating staff at MUSC in Charleston, SC. Without their tireless dedication and passion for health and healing, these stories would not exist. Thank you to all living donors who have gone before me and have been a part of improving the process of renewing life within a recipient. Thank you for tirelessly working to advance organ donation surgery.
