Cash, Belise, and Penny crash into a pile of snow while traveling to a resort in the mountains of the Martis Valley. Their only option to survive the incoming blizzard is to spend the next few days at a mansion wedding venue that rests off the main road.

Bellamy Kingsburd, owner of the estate, opens her home to the travelers. Her best friend, Sam, staying with her for the holidays, shares the tale of her encounter with the hip grinding, twinkling eye, mythical Claus, but no one believes he is real.
