Pandemic Learning Disabilities in Inner City Schools: Teaching Students with Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde Syndrome

Any school personnel that work with learning disabled children have experienced behavioral problems. In many instances, educators question what triggers this behavior. Are the students simply acting out or is there a real problem? Often times I have asked this question myself. Can you identify these uncontrollable tantrums before they happen? What can be done to keep the students from going over the edge?
