The Technical Secretariat is the legal support area of the Council of the Centro Universitario del Sur, and its Permanent Commissions, through which more than a thousand requests from the different members of the University Community pass, which are resolved through the issuance of rulings, validated and approved by the aforementioned Commissions, these have a similar structure to the determinations issued by the jurisdictional bodies, given that they are composed of the following elements: Therefore, it is necessary that the person responsible for this area is a professional with technical-legal knowledge, capable of advising, guiding and conducting the activities that are developed within it, which will be made known through this work, with the aim of informing about another possible area of professional practice of law.
