This study, devoted to the analysis of the different resources held by an organizational institution, was raised with a view to gaining a deeper understanding of the notion of resource and its importance in steering organizations.To underpin this, a precise development of all types of resources is invaluable, with the aim of measuring the contribution of each diversity within the group, with a view to achieving a final impact that is intended to be homogeneous.
