Organizational models and human resource management practices

Based on a review of the main approaches to human resource management and the adoption of new technologies, the aim of this work was to study the internal and external factors that shape the human resource management systems of companies linked to technology-intensive sectors. Using the case study methodology, the work presents a holistic approach to this problem using various sources, such as HR managers, employees and documentary analysis.
