Current statistics in America show that some six thousand ministers every month quit or leave the ministry, and sadly, it is not any different anywhere. Many of who never return and some of whom fall completely out of the faith. Dr. Edward Louis Cole made a statement in his book Maximized Manhood that I believe summarises God's thoughts about new ministers entering into ministry. He said, "God is giving us an opportunity to be one of His few successes or His thousands of disappointments." We do not have to be a ministry statistic; if we would take the time to learn and apply the many truths and principles that God has set in place for us to be successful in ministry today.
