The next step of their journey takes our heroes to Greer, the Academic City-State, home to the prestigious Magic Academy and Magic Council, where they plan to meet up with Sazaki and Lara's son and great-great-grandson, and tour the Magic Academy. Some are here for fun, others for academic reasons. The city of Greer holds many old connections for Lara, as well as a past she would rather avoid. Here, the old legends will have the opportunity to observe the next generation as they learn. But wherever they go, unrest is soon to follow, and the job of heroes is never truly done.
