This is the true and poignant story of one young man lost in one of World War II's air epic battles, Operation Argument. The story traces a young farm boy from Virginia through his early days to his enlistment and training in the US Army Air Corps. He was married to his boyhood sweetheart three days before deploying overseas. The story documents his tragic loss while on his first combat mission.
