Oil and Wine Presses in Israel from the Hellenistic Roman and Byzantine Periods

This book presents a hefty gazetteer of ancient oil and wine presses which have been excavated in Israel. Each of the short reports contains notes on excavation, dating, and the features of the site, as well as a bibliography, and most are by the excavators themselves. Each of the reports is accompanied by several photographs and plans.
