O Holy Art, A Tragic One Act Opera Piano Vocal Score Duration: 60 minutes What happens when a struggling composer can't get his work heard? Djeno Isma (baritone) is in such a situation. One New Years Eve his luck changes for the better, or worse, when he is introduced to a famous classical composer, Gunter Strauss (bass). Strauss gives Djeno the name of his agent, but when Djeno meets the agent, he pans his work. Djeno leaves it behind and it comes to pass that six months later he hears his piece on the radio under the name of Gunter's. What's more, his best friend, Cindy (soprano) is the one who is singing it. Djeno's despair leads him to suicide, and Cindy vows to right the wrong she has committed, even if it takes her whole life to do it.
