It all begins in first grade when the teacher tells a little boy's mother that he will not be a good reader. As the boy grows bigger, he wishes he were invisible as teachers call on him to read. Frustrated, the boy crumbles inside a little more each day. Sadly, no one knows his secret. As hard as he attempts to read quick or slow, he cannot understand the words that just go, go, go. But when his fifth grade teacher finally finds someone who decides all he needs is a little practice and a new start, the little boy excitedly realizes that his dream is about to come true.
