Born in 1972 in the war-ravaged country of Cambodia, Sideth Ung was one of only three in his family of ten to survive the unspeakably brutal horrors of Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge regime. His earliest memories find him watching helplessly as, one by one, his family is taken from him.
