Night Watch: Night Market Book 2

After escaping from La Llorana and being separated from her friends, Effie now finds herself at the mercy of an organization known as the Laboratory, who hunt and study cryptids such as the night dwellers Effie has recently grown close to. Although they claim to be protecting and defending from the dangerous creatures roaming the jungles of Costa Rica, Effie suspects they have a more sinister agenda. As she explores the Laboratory from the inside, Victor, Ben, and Tia struggle against the converging forces on the outside, which may ultimately find them in the midst of a battle between the night dwellers and the armies of Kakasbal.
