New composite ceramic materials

This monograph is devoted to the development of composite ceramic materials containing micro- and nanoparticles of metals, establishing patterns of behaviour of electrical and kinetic properties in the flow threshold region, clarifying the mechanism of charge carrier transport in them, and determining the possible area of practical application of the developed composites based on the established patterns. The monograph is intended for researchers, doctoral and postgraduate students, master's and undergraduate students specialising in nanotechnology, electronics and microelectronics, instrument engineering, and radio engineering.
