The book, Netaji Rohoshyo, is a Bengali translated version of the original book, Netaji Mystery, written by Dr. Satyanarayan Sinha. It was originally published in the Hindustan Standard ad seriatim. Immediately after publication, the book created excitement all over India as well as in the Parliament. It was all about the sudden disappearance of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. There was a very strong demand from the people for a new enquiry committee to find out the truth about Netaji.

The author, Dr. Satyanarayan, had travelled many places from Formosa to Russia, talked to hundreds of people, interviewed many eyewitnesses in search of this truth. There was a rumour all over the world that Netaji had died in a plane crash at Taipei in Formosa on 18th August 1945. Dr. Satyanarayan collected a lot of evidence to prove that the rumour was untrue and Netaji was found alive even after 18th August 1945. He was found in Dairen, Manchuria, and then a captive of the Russians in the Siberian Jail.

The book reveals many other thrilling and adventurous facts about Netaji and the perilous journey of Dr. Satyanarayan Sinha in search of truth.
