There's a way out of the hopeless state of mind and body, which most who practice an addiction find themselves in. The way is the one so few alcoholics choose. It involves self-awareness with an open mind and a few simple tools which, when put into practice has helped the author move from a dark place of self-hatred and into to the light of self-love.
