Na Mùmain agus An Tuil Mhòr (English title: The Moomins and The Great Flood) is the first translation into Scottish Gaelic of any of Jansson's classic children's books. This 80th anniversary quarter-bound edition, complete with fold-out insert of the design of Moominhouse, is the latest edition to join the global publishing celebration of the book's first appearance in1948.

Jansson's first-ever Moomin story, introduces readers to the beloved characters who have become icons of children's literature, offering a glimpse of Moominvalley and the iconic Moominhouse. The world of the Moomins unfolds as we follow Moomintroll, Moominmamma, and Sniff on their search through forest and flood for long-lost Moominpappa, and a place to call home.
