Mythic Heroes & Legends is a fantasy role-playing game written in the spirit of the original RPGs of the 1970s. These rules attempt to reproduce the wonder and excitement that those first RPGs brought to gamers. . I hope these rules serve as a good introduction for those learning how to play such games, as a tonic for the jaded player tired of complicated modern versions, and perhaps as a good tool for the veteran Referee/Gamemaster interested in recapturing the lost spirit of the era while taking advantage of some modern innovations.
