My Memories

Having studied in Malaysia, France and China Lin wants to pass on her experiences of living and studying in the various countries.My Memories is the story of Lin s life history - born in West Malaysia and got a scholarship to study in the College of Agriculture for three years . After working for five years in the Department of Agriculture Lin got a French Government Scholarship to France. Her first year was spent in Tours, second and third year in Grenoble and fourth and fifth year in Dijon and then enrolled for PhD at Sorbonne in Paris.While back in Malaysia she was sent to Australia for two months where she met Dr Gregory Shanahan, a renowned geneticist. Dr. Shanahan went to Malaysia and married Lin. They settled in Sydney, Australia.
