My Journey through Darkness is about someone who suffered depression for many years. With the help of a new doctor, right meds, counselor and Almighty God, she finds her way through the darkness. She shares a lot of her most inner thoughts in the way of poetry. Her hope is to let people who are going through the darkness know they are not alone. There are people who have experienced the same emotions. Her hope is to let them know there are good resources out there. You just have to reach out and grab them!
