Nikola Tesla was a Serbian-American inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer and futurist who changed the scientific fields of electricity and magnetism forever. Tesla's major discoveries and innovations include the rotating magnetic field, magnifying transmitter and Tesla coil. His research laid much of the groundwork for modern electrical system, and the alternating current powers almost all of the technological wonders in the world.

This is the little-known story of Tesla's pursuit of the electric motor, which the experts had claimed could never be built. On a quest into the depths of his unconscious mind, which nearly cost him his life, Tesla changed the way of the world.
