Must Do Better

Working in education has it's highs and lows, it's enjoyable moments and it's challenges and memories that will stay with me forever. This is a tell all of my experiences working as a Teaching Assistant in Primary Schools and Nurseries. Some stories are almost unbelievable. I would struggle to believe them myself if I hadn't been there in person. Some of today's children can be extremely difficult to work with especially when there is little or no support from staff and Head Teachers in schools. Over the time period of working as a TA I have been to countless schools and nurseries. I haven't had a story to tell about all of them, but those I have are the ones that have stayed with me, for reasons you will understand upon reading. Please don't judge me or think I'm being too harsh. I'm just saying it as it is and feel it's time someone spoke out.
