Motivation of midwives and students

In order to learn something, you have to be motivated. However, the motivation of the teacher is also essential. How can I convince employees to pass on their knowledge and experience with a high level of motivation in order to ensure that births are carried out safely, taking into account medical and psychological findings, and to motivate students so that they can be guided through their practical training in the best possible way? This work presents various motivation theories and tools for this purpose.
