Il d croche l'Universit Dar El Mehrez de F s, du Royaume ch rifien du Maroc, trois licences en Droit Public, section de Sciences Politiques la Facult de droit Public de ladite Universit . A son retour au Mali, il obtient une ma trise en Administration Publique l' cole Nationale d'Administration de Bamako. Cet ouvrage retrace les p r grinations de ce haut cadre de l'administration malienne, homme de devoir dont le r cit de vie constitue une v ritable cole pour les nouvelles g n rations d'administrateur. Monsieur Alassane Diallo est mari et p re de dix enfants.

"My Commander Forty Years of a Territorial Administrator's Mission" is an autobiographical work by a Civil Administrator, a member of the Prefectural Corps of Mali. Born on September 19, 1957, in Ni na, at the same time as his twin brother, the late Housseiny Diallo, he attended the Ni na Primary School from 1965 to 1974, where he obtained the Certificate of Completion of the First Cycle of Fundamental Education (CFEPCEF) and the Diploma of Fundamental Studies (DEF) before earning the Malian Baccalaureate Diploma in Philosophy and Languages ​​with honors in 1977 at the Monseigneur Montclos High School in Sikasso.
