Moments in a Life

There is no getting around the fact that most people have never done anything of earth-shattering importance or fame. That does not mean they haven't led interesting lives. Everybody has stories to tell (some good, some bad) and moments in their lives (some happy, some sad) that are just as interesting, just as uplifting, and just as worthy of being told as those people with more widespread notoriety. This book is a collection of such moments from the life of the author. Although living most of his life with depression, they have created an amazing, albeit unknown life that helped him realise things were not all bad and enabled him to overcome his depression. Hopefully, they will inspire others to look at moments of their own and help them to realise just how wonderful and unique their individual story truly is.
