Moments and Melodies: A Summertime Sweeties Novel

Standing outside of the sun room/ piano room, I watch and listen as Shenae plays the piano and sings "Shallow" from "A Star Is Born." She doesn't know that I am there, but that's okay. I want to watch and listen for a little while longer before I enter the room. As Shenae gets to the final chorus, she turns around and meets my gaze. As we exchange smiles, she continues to sing and motions for me to come in.
